Just wanting to confirm this is typical baby acne? He just turned 3 weeks yesterday and it popped up about 3 days ago all over his face and neck 😩

Looks like it could possibly be heat rash.

My daughter had baby acne and we out a thin layer of aquaphor on it and it helped so much!
