Inositol and Vitex
I have PCOS. I have not gotten a period without meds for a couple of years. I started taking inositol and Vitex 3 weeks ago and got a period!!!! I have heard conflicting stories of wether to stay on inositol and Vitex. Some say getting off it caused miscarriages etc. Thoughts? Stories?
