I only did the hour one and I ate about 45 mins before and I pasted it they told me I didn’t have to fast but I was going to anyways to be on the safe side but my appointment ended up being moved to later in the afternoon so I was hungry lol

Fyi they can usually tell if you fasted or not by your initial blood draw before drinking the syrup. If it's too high they'll have you redo it or it will count towards one of your draw fails.
