Amen to the zipper comment!  I have a 5 snap limit.  
My December baby is my second.  Her big brother is 16 months older.  The one thing I made sure to remember during the newborn stage was just feed feed feed.  Don't worry about a schedule in the beginning.  If baby is fussy, first try to feed.

Nice to see you’ve learned about Wonder Weeks. I couldn’t agree more. Also love the zippers! Personally I would add to just take it easy the first few weeks. No stress, no stress, no stress. I wish I had. But that’s just me.

I’d remove the wonder weeks one. It’s been discredited several times. 
But amen to the zippers!!
