2nd time having surgery on my tubes

I need someone’s professional feedback about these pictures I just had surgery yesterday and my doctor left before I can wake up so I couldn’t ask any questions I have wait 2 weeks to see him and I’m really curious because he really wanted to take my tubes out he said they were damaged before we started but he said he will try to fix them I begged him not to take my tubes out I obviously can’t pay 25K for

IVF so I need tubes but this is the second time they get blocked is there anything I can do to avoid it from getting blocked again I’ve been trying for 9 years to have a baby now 😔 I have never been pregnant
