What’s the time of the last nap for baby?

We don’t have a set schedule but we’re working on establishing a better sleep routine

I usually have him wake up from his last nap no later than 4 and then last bottle at 7

She usually takes a 20ish min name between 5-6. She’s usually ready for bed by 8:30

The last nap of the day for us is around 9pm. But he doesn’t usually sleep until 12:30am. Been trying to move him up to closer to 10:30 bedtime. I highly recommend the huckleberry app for sleep tracking and it lets you know when naptime should be! It really has helped us with a schedule.
