12m check up

So baby girl turned 1 on Saturday and had her 12m check up today. We got the MMR and the chickenpox shots. She seems normal, playing and walking around but it's only been like an hour. Now, I didnt ask the doctor cuz I'm dumb but does anyone know the chances of her having a reaction to the chickenpox where as she will actually develop them? The paperwork we got with the shots says nothing. I'm just curious because I dont believe I ever had them and her brother is visiting and he's never had them either
