For those who breastfed , when you stopped breastfeeding was your first period very heavy? Mine was extremely painful and heavy for about 3-4 days then got better . That was last month, so i was wondering if i should expect this every month or if it was just because it was my first period in 2 years ( being pregnant and then breastfeeding). Also did anyone find that their period since giving birth has been different then before ( heavier, lighter , irregular ) ?
