Battling mastitis since Saturday and my supply has taken a huge hit. I’ve been doing al the tricks - drinking lots of water and body armor, oatmeal, warm compresses and cold after, pumping after nursing every 2-3 hours.

I just pumped and barely got an ounce. And that wasn’t even after a feeding. My son was too fussy and wouldn’t latch so I gave him a bottle of frozen and then pumped. No wonder he’s fussy. Sometimes he nurses like usual and sometimes he’s fussy and won’t. Earlier today I tried to hand express and couldn’t even get anything.

Please help! What else can I do? I only have about 25oz in the freezer. I know it’s not the end of the world to supplement with formula and I have some just in case but I really want to continue breastfeeding!
