Second round of Femara/Letrozole and I feel so different from last month. I had a sore chest from 4DPO last time, likely due to progesterone spike. This month, I feel nothing. My doctor didn’t do a CD21 progesterone check because he was confident I would ovulate (based on follicle size CD13 + LH surge). My temp has been elevated since CD15, so I’m confident I ovulated.

Has anyone had very different post-ovulation symptoms from month to month with femara? I’m starting to feel a lot of doubt that this cycle has any chance...
