Psychologist for child

I have a daughter under the age of 10. For a few years we've had some issues with clothing. She doesn't like how clothes feel on her skin. They can't be tight on her skin or too loose. The fabric bothers her. Tags bother her. Underwear is an issue. Socks and shoes are a problem. She doesn't like her hair tied up. I took her to her original pediatrician and it was blown off as behavioral problems. "She's just testing her limits and seeing what she can get away with." I tried to deal with it as much as I could at home. Buying certain items of clothing and shoes. We went through some time where the symptoms faded a bit but recently they came back twice as bad. So I found a new pediatrician and took her today and the dr thinks she has sensory processing disorder. She was referred to a psychologist to have her evaluated for that as well as emotional lability and outbursts of anger. I try so hard to be patient and understanding with her but I'm honestly overwhelmed by the daily outburst. I feel like she's turned into someone I don't even recognize. It's taking a toll on our family on my marriage. I get irritated with her and at the end of the night I cry myself to sleep feeling ashamed, like a failure, and a shitty mom. Are there any other moms out there who have dealt or are still dealing with this? Does a psychologist help? Will I get my sweet daughter back. I just need some words of encouragement because I feel like I'm losing my mind.
