Being forced to take leave from work with no maternity leave
So I work at 7 eleven and I thought things were going good (minus the 9 hr days with absolutely no breaks). I have slowed down a bit but still do my job duties and better then the people I work with. Yet they have been complaining that I'm going too slow and interfering with their jobs...which i havent they slack off and go slowly. I stay on the register and only need help when the line is from the register to back of the store. But the owner told me he wants me to go on leave or cut my days to 3 days a week. I told him I would really prefer not to go on leave until closer to my date but he is pushing me out and I just told him I'd leave 32 weeks.....can I file for unemployment? Would that be considered like wrongful termination? I am going to ask for a raise so for my last month I can save but I'm stressing out here
