Workout mamas
I’m 4 months postpartum and for the past two or so I have been getting blurry vision/dizzy spells when I workout. They only last for a few minutes but it’s scary and becoming more regular.
I talked to my doctor and they ran some tests that provided no answers (lovely). I drink almost a gallon of water a day and eat super clean.
Has anyone experienced anything like this? I feel like it could have something to do w hormones 🤷♀️
