red spots on clitoris

hi ladies,

I recently just finished up 8 days of cream/gel for bacterial vaginosis. I noticed on the ball of my clitoris that I had some yeast and wiped it away. as it did, there’s red spots where the yeast was sitting and it looks like it’s bleeding, but it’s not. I’ve never seen this and I have no idea of what it could be. has anyone ever had this before? my OB said she didn’t see anything down there that would make her think, but culture did get sent off because I had an ex recently who wasn’t truthful about anything and I wanted to be safe. anything would help because this can’t be normal, unless it’s part of having BV
