Postpartum csection bleeding?

I had a c-section & I’m 3 weeks pp exactly, for the last week & 1/2 I’ve just been spotting, and it’s been light pink, tonight I noticed that it’s now bright red & slightly heavier again. Is this normal or should I be concerned?

My doctor told me it would be like this till 6 weeks. I am 4 weeks pp. There are days when I don't see any stains at all, and then there are days when there is heavy flow.

This happened to me yesterday as well. I'm 5 weeks post-C-section and I thought I've finished with the light bleeding I've had for weeks but suddenly has a gush of bright red blood and a clot came out while peeing. 
I was nervous about it but apparently it's normal, and today I haven't noticed anything unusual and I'm back to barely having any discharge in my pad again.

I’m 3.5 weeks PP and barely spotting. I know if you’re doing too much or being too active it can increase bleeding. Any bleeding is normal until 6 weeks PP (except golf ball or larger sized clots or soaking 2 pads in an hour).
