So...I had laparoscopic surgery and ovarian drilling to help alleviate my PCOS to help me get pregnant (temp fix apparently). They told me it will make me ovulate, their words. The last 3 cycles before my op I had regulated out between 26/28 days using Metformin.

This month I swore I knew I ovulated, I swore I felt different...I swore that I felt ‘pregnant’

Woke up this morning, cycle day 30, 1 day before my ‘expected’ period....and nothing....I haven’t gotten upset for a good while since having all of this done...but this month all the signs were there....spotting a week ago for less than an hour, sore boobs, tired...

What am I doing wrong....
