Midol, tea, heating pad, warm bath, Advil, pray for the will to live😂 I used to have such bad cramps I’d black out

I just have hot baths, butsince having my daughter 2 years ago my pain hasn't been bad it's just my flow that's got worse but just have hot baths the day your expected to come on and then throughout your period
