So at about 4weeks pp I got hemrroids... I was able to just do the wipes with aloe and witch hazel but the pain got worse. I'd have times where it starts to hurt out of the blue and I almost 💩 myself because it would hit me all of the sudden and I'd literally have to drop what I was doing (gentley put baby down) and run to the toilet. Now its so bad sometimes I have to stop where I'm at on the way because the pain is that bad. Ive tried suppositories, which hurt going in, tuck pads stay snuggled up against the back door all the time and just got preparation H cream. The rroids are right inside the opening, I feel like they aren't that big but they are on the side next to vaginal opening.

Wanted to add I did not tear at all with baby and no hemrroids when discharged from hospital.

Do I need to see a doc or are they always this painful??? How do people manage working with this pain. 😭😭😭
