When to try after miscarriage ???

Pls advice 
I had miscarriage at 14 weeks and now I am very depressed and sad with full of emotions ..
I want to try as soon as possible  for my baby .
Pls help how soon I can try with your experiences ? 
Pls share your advice to conceive fast and naturally ?

Physically, you can begin trying once you stop bleeding and get a nrgative test. 
Emotionally, make sure that you are really ready. MC is a tough thing to go through. It causes a lot of anxiety and depression . make sure both you and your partner have taken the time to process your grief over this.

After our miscarriage at about 16 weeks we didn’t really try but I got pregnant about 7 months later
