Induction or wait, so confusing!

I’m 41weeks today. Just saw midwife and they want to induce tomorrow AM since their calendar is full the rest of the week. I’m freaking out because they won’t let me use the foley balloons because there’s not enough time. they want to use Cytotec, but I just read a huge warning by the FDA that it’s not safe. If I just wait until I hit 42 weeks can I request the foley balloons? It would be less ideal as my mom isn’t around to watch my 18mo but I also really do not want to take this stuff just due to convenience. Any of you ladies have experience, either with making it to 42weeks or using cytotec?
