What do you guys do with back pain during pregnancy

I have gotten to the point where no sleep position is comfortable and I wake up crying with excruciating back pain.

I slept with a heat pack on my back most nights and it worked wonders. I got KT Tape too and used it on my back and belly for extra support. Hope you feel better mama!

Pregnancy pillow all the way! And white noise!

Tylenol,  and body pillow. I sleep like crap anyhow but 8t takes the edge off.

My high risk OB has me taking tynenol 3 when I need it for my sev back pain
