What were your first signs? I've been increasingly paranoid for the last year. I'm terrified of being home alone, I'm scared of leaving my room once it's dark, I repeat things in my head and I also see shadows and silhouettes. The shadows are usually in the same places but I become fixated once I notice them. I've also heard several things that I assume were not truly there. I know I should see a professional but it's been hard since I'm over the age of 18. With that being said, I have to go through the county and I may have to pay. What were first symptoms?
