I use to wear tampons and my period would be normal. My flow was always light so I use mini tampons but it would be full after the 4-6 hours. However, for the past 4 cycles everytime I put a tampon in my period will completely stop. After 6 hours I will take it out and there will barely be a drop of bloody.

Is this normal and does anyone know why this happens? I think I’m going to make the switch to a diva cup because tampons make my period go on for over a week
