Not sure if pregnant

I was diagnosed with PCOS about 2 months ago. I started Metformin for my symptoms about 2 weeks ago. I was back on track last month with a normal period. But this month I am again 17 days late. I know PCOS mucks about with our cycles.

However I have been having cramping a lot, and what I think are flutters. I also have very sore boobs.

Do you guys think I should test, or just wait and see if I get my period?

I am just nervous as I want to have a baby, but scared I never will with PCOS now!!
