How much sleep are y’all averaging a night?

4-5 hour stretch followed by a 2-3 hour stretch most nights

10-4 am, 4:30-7am, 7:30- anywhere between 9 and 11! I am usually feeling good for the day with that extra “nap” 🤪 about to change though, as I start college classes again in a few weeks!

Typically 9:30-3ish, then 3:30ish-7:45ish. Still feels like not enough 😅

Baby sleeps one 3-5 hour stretch and then another couple stretches of 45min-2hrs depending on the night. Personally I sleep 4 hours from 9-1 while hubs takes baby watch and then whatever other sleep she gives me from 1-6 (usually another few hours broken up).
