How long does it take for your levels to go down after ovulation? I’m so confused by this cycle.🤦🏻‍♀️

You already got to negative after your positive so stop testing. LH fluctuates in the body. If you wanna know if and when you ovulated you need to be temping to confirm ovulation

Thanks everyone. I know that I should stop testing once I get a negative. It’s just that my ovulation is never consistent. I have a 35 day cycle and sometimes it comes early and sometimes it’s later. I was planning on temping this cycle but by the time I remembered it was too late.
