Missed period, now bleeding!

So I suffer with endometriosis, my periods are always spot on, I was 6 days late, with all symptoms of pregnancy, took an early test had mixed signals, today I have started bleeding, my head is confused, it’s all I’ve ever wanted, never been able to conceive before, what’s your thoughts? I’m not holding hope 😒
