Do I need to worry?

I've been putting some cortisone cream on my dog in a spot that she's been digging at to help relieve the itch. I touched her in the spot without realizing and must have done something to have gotten some into my mouth because I tasted a weird taste. I assume that since it wasn't a large amount, hopefully, that it shouldn't do much harm to me but I'm pregnant and worried about my baby.
