5 weeks spotting and cramping

So I’m 5 weeks 2 days and this morning when I wiped I had some blood on the toilet paper not a lot but still enough to scare the crap out of me! I’m also having some low back cramping the kind you get when you start your period so I’m really freaking out now... has anyone else gone through this?
