Sleep
My LO is 14weeks and I LO thinking his sleep could be better. I feel like he’s not sleeping enough for naps or at night and this has been going on for about a month. His naps at longest if I’m really lucky are 1hr but normally his longest is 30 minutes. I notice he wakes from them tired or that he’s ready for another nap very soon after as he’s cranky.
At night we do a bedtime routine and he’s most always in bed asleep by 8-8:30. He’s been waking at 11pm and again at 1 and then 3 and 4 and we put him in bed with us at the last wake up and then he sleeps until about 6 maybe 7 if we’re lucky.
His dr said 30 minute naps are normal but he should be sleeping more at night.
I don’t think 30 minute naps are normal and I don’t know how to get him to sleep more at night! We usually dream feed him around 9 or 10 and he’s still waking...
I want him to get the sleep he needs so he can grow and be healthy.
