Secound pregnancy but now twins

So I’m 7weeks and 2days pregnant with twins and from week 3 its been so hard!

I have a 7month old baby girl that I need to take care of and its a struggle everyday so I just want the first trimester to be over already 😬

I have low blood pressure, bad nausea all day, headache everyday all day, bloating, no energy, back pains, stomach issues (from gas pains to constipation) and I have diabetes type1 also.

Are twin pregnancies harder or do the hard parts last longer? Or am I just oh so lucky? 😅

Any tips??
