Decoding "medical talk" help😬

I had an abnormal pap, so went in for biopsy and got an email that they showed "mild cellular changes known as CIN1 and the cervix typically will repair itself when these findings are present" and to come in 1 year from now for another papsmear. Well I'm lost... Help a girl out!
