Found helpful sleep book!

My son started sleeping better at night again but now naps have been getting a bit messy. Started reading The Natural Baby Sleep Solution and its interesting and seems like it might be helpful. Says babies go to sleep easier after 90 minute awake intervals-90 min, 3 hours, or 4 1/2 hours. It at least helped me with naptime today so far. Figure I'll give it a shot for the rest of the week!
