For those of you who have had NSTs done, has your Dr. ever had to use a fetal acoustic stimulator to wake your baby up? It’s almost like a buzzer to your belly that shakes the baby. My poor baby, I totally felt her startle awake. Her heart rate went up to where he wanted it🙏🏻 but honestly the whole thing is just giving me anxiety now. Worried about the fact that we did it and that we even had to do it. Sorry, my PTSD is kicking in more than usual lately..
