I don’t get it....

I was looking at my blood test results from January this year when I got diagnosed. My vitamin D was low and my testosterone was a little high, but not super crazy. I got an ultrasound and yup! I had cystic ovaries. I got prescribed with 50k Units of vitamin D.

The confusing part is I don’t have insulin resistance, my diet is not full of processed foods. I would say I get 80% healthy.... YET... I have not been able to get pregnant naturally. If my insulin levels are normal so I must not have insulin resistance how come in the 4 years that I’ve been with my husband still no babies and I don’t even dwell on this but it’s super frustrating.

I know Metmorfin has worked for some women, but would it work for me. The doctor didn’t prescribe it. She just jumped straight to clomid or birth control.

I don’t want a miscarriage at all and I apologize for those of you have gone through miscarriage but my eggs aren’t getting fertilized. We have sex for enjoyment all of the time(not with the intention to have kids or I’ll go insane). I gave myself 7 months to change my lifestyle and to see if anything changes.... Well... nothing changed....

I’ve had 160-172 day long cycles... I’m 5’3 & 131 pounds. I struggle with fatigue EVERY SINGLE DAY.... I stay away from gluten and carbs..

I’m going to the endocrinologist on Friday....

For the amount of info that we cysters have to learn we should get a degree for it. PCOS is so confusing....

Also when I get my period I don’t ovulate...
