I don’t know how many days past O I am because I dont take opks or temp anymore, but probably about 8, but I’m having some intense cramping in my back and lower abdomen. I’m not asking if this as being pregnancy related, but I’m concerned because I’m in tears due to the pain. Should i be worried? I don’t cramp until the day my period starts. It’s not exactly unbearable but it’s pretty painful. Thank you.
