Pregnancy signs after embryo transfer and how early can you test?

I had our embryo transfer yesterday 🤞🏻 and I am just curious if anyone had any pregnancy signs early on. Did you feel different? I feel some cramping, but I feel like I might have felt that after the iuis too. It’s hard to imagine actually being pregnant after all the negatives, but I am so hopeful this time around and feel like this is our time. But maybe I am reading into things I feel in my body that mean nothing. Also how early did you all take a pregnancy test after a frozen transfer? Thanks and baby dust to all!!

I didn’t take home pregnancy tests because it’s too easy to either get a positive that doesn’t stick due to a chemical pregnancy or to get a negative and get upset and discouraged. I waited until my beta. I had extreme exhaustion and cramping around 6 days post transfer and had a positive beta test 10 days post transfer.

Congrats!I hadn’t thought of that. That would be hard. Thanks for the advice. 💗

Yes I did get pregnant. My son is 5 months old now. I always recommend not home testing because it would be worse to me to get a positive from a chemical and a negative a day later or a negative beta.

I also don’t really want to drive myself crazy and be taking pregnancy tests early. My clinic did suggest taking one a couple days before I go in for my beta just so if it does show negative I can mentally prepare myself for a possible negative phone call. I go in 12 days after so I might test 10 and 11 days after just to see and prepare myself.

I got some cramping but nothing crazy. In the UK they give you a date to test at home, mine was 2 weeks after transfer. I wasn’t even tempted to test early (and I know most people seem to be) I think I was too scared and not ready for it all to be over if it was negative.

I had mild cramping everyday after the transfer. At 3dp5dt i had a sudden sharp pain, but it was very brief. Ot was on my right side, where my leg met my groin area. I tested at 4dp5dt but it was a bfn (I knew it was early but had heard it was possible to get a vfl at that point). At 5dp5dt I bit into a muffin that tasted super weird to me. Got a vfl that afternoon. No other symptoms until after 7 weeks, and even the ones I've had have been mild. Currently 18+4

I’m 26.5 weeks and haven’t had any symptoms the whole time, so try not to over think it!! 🍀

I mostly meant implantation cramping. I have read other girls saying they get it pretty early on, but I have also gone deep into the web so who knows what is true or not at this point lol.
