Hi guys! I just wanted to see what you guys through of this situation. I am on birth control and therefore I dont ovulate. But a few weeks ago I had an AWFUL pain in my side kind if where my hip bone is. Not like a cramp more like a really hard twisty pinch inside of me in that area. Is was really really painful and sharp. It lasted about 20 mins. The next day I found BRIGHT RED blood in my panties. Not like the left over period blood but like fresh new blood. And it was a lot it covered the entire low part of my panties. I've had a little bit of throbbing in the same area every once in a while since. Could this have been an ovarian cyst bursting? I'm going to the doctor as soon as I get home from a trip I'm on, on August 16th.
