Pulsing in stomach

A few day before I got my positive, I had pulsing in my uterus like a light heartbeat, now I’m 5 weeks pregnant and I felt a pulsing in my stomach. Is this normal? Or has anyone felt something like this? I feel my heart beat in my hands all the time as well.
