sexual assault?

is it okay if a guy is high and he slaps your ass if you aren’t together? i don’t want to get him fired or anything but im confused on why he did it so please comment. (he’s married too and he’s 12 years older then me) and you guys probably think i’m stupid for not saying anything but i didn’t really think much of it because of the fact he was high. but i don’t do that stuff when i’m high :/
