Cliff bars ?

Can i eat cliff bars while 16 weeks pregnant ? They are natural energy bars but idk. Ive been eating them :/ i hope they are ok. Does anyone know ?

It’s fine. They aren’t that healthy or good for you though. They falsely advertise the “healthy” part because cliff bars contain a lot of sugar.
