Factors that affect periods

I lost 10 lbs at the end of June from not eating solid/regular foods for two weeks (teeth extraction). My BMI stated that I was underweight (93 lbs 5’1”). I got my period the first week of July.

I also travelled to a different country that was 13 hours ahead, and I came back to the states around the second week of July. I had terrible jet lag, but my sleep cycle slowly became more regular. However, I’ve been sleeping at 12 am-3 am everyday. I’ve been stressed as well bc of I’m in the middle of a preg scare.

I’m pretty irregular, my cycles ranging from 27-38 days. I’m on day 39 right now, and I’ve been having sore boobs, cramps here and there, and sometimes fatigue. Tested today and got negative (idk if I was too early? Used first response). Do y’all think these factors could contribute to my ovulation days and period days??
