Weird taste.?

Does anyone else get left with a weird taste in their mouth with early pregnancy? I can’t explain what the taste is but it’s not a nice one 😭

Most things taste chemical for me. Lettuce today tasted like plastic 🤮 from a restaurant. Then canned things taste metallic. I don’t know if I’m actually a super detective or wut but it always makes me think foul play with the food 🤔

Yes for sure!! This is my second pregnancy and I have it again! I keep gum and mints around. I also change up my fluids. Along with water I drink tea, Gatorade, juice, and sometimes soda. Otherwise I can't keep anything down.

Omg yes! Everything I eat leaves me with a nasty after taste so bad that I have to brush my teeth

Yup. Strong chemical taste with a super dry mouth. Im drinking to much sugar just to get a new taste going lol. Orange juice is my go too

Last time I was pregnant everything had a metallic tinge to it but I haven’t noticed it this time yet. I remember looking forward to an ice cream date with my hubby and then barely being able to stomach it. I’m pretty sure it went away after a while.
