Owlet injury?!?

I’ve been using the owlet for a couple of months now and love it. Until the other night when I noticed both of my daughter feet have red marks on them. Right where the light hits. I can’t decipher if it’s an abrasion or a burn. I change the sites every night. It’s not too tight or lose. I’ve emailed owlet and sent pictures. Pretty upsetting.

Have any of you heard of this happening or had a similar experience?
