READ!!!

I got these bumps the night after I shaved with no shaving cream, and not a very sharp razor, and against the grain and everything. I’ve had them for like a while now and I keep picking at them lol and nothing rly comes out they just get really irritated so they’re still there. They’re ONLY on the parts I shaved nowhere inside of me like on the “wet” parts at all. They’ve basically stayed the same except I keep messing w them and I’ve shaved since this pic. Anyways I showed my mom and even when I went to the gyno I showed her and she said it looked like a bad case of razor bumps not like herpes at all and I’ve been tested before and was clean. She said there’s not a lot to do but wait and be gentle but I can’t stop messing w them! I tired hydrocortisone cream. Any advice?

More info: the bumps don’t hurt at all unless I really mess w them. I’ve shaved over them again but I just shaved rly rough the first time so I guess that irritated it. They haven’t ruptured or anything like that and literally don’t hurt

This pic is what it looks like since I’ve been messing w it a bunch I keep trying to treat them like acne and pop them and scratch them off. I know it isn’t good haha. Again only on the parts I shaved.
