15 month old sleep

Anyone else's (almost) 15 month old still have many nights that they dont sleep through? Mine wakes up most nights between 2 and 4am and rolls around/talks/moans for up to 2 hours sometimes. He rarely cries so I dont usually go in but its concerning/annoying. We have #2 on the way now (I'm only 4 weeks) and I really hope this stops before the new baby comes 😬. He usually goes to bed between 7 and 8 pm and unless dinner was late, he gets a snack first. We have been off bottles since May but he was doing this before that.
