Unexpected grief

I will share my story, this is my first loss. My second pregnancy my first will be 7 this year. I should have been about 6 weeks. I woke up yesterday morning to use the restroom and found blood, I was in some pain but something felt off. Mind you this was 4 am so I went to the ED to get bloodwork and an ultrasound done. They confirmed I had an Ectopic pregnancy in my left tube. I was sent to my OBGYN office where they did a second ultrasound to confirm. I had a sac in my uterus and a baby with a heartbeat in my tube alive and well. I was schedule and had emergency surgery an hour later. Lost my baby and lost my tube. I am beyond devastated and I am still trying to process the anount of loss I experienced in just 1 day. 😪😥💔
