No measurement

I just had my first second trimester doctor visit. During my ultrasound, my doctor didn’t measure baby. The baby looked great and had a good heartbeat, so I’m not too worried. Is it normal to not do a crown to rump measurement anymore? I was so happy to see baby again I didn’t even think about it until I was on my way home.
