Blood pressure and swollen legs and feet!

Since yesterday I’ve had a headache and decided to check my blood pressure and it was 138/78 last night and this morning even at just sittin doing nothing it’s 137/88. I’m 34 weeks and 5 days... should I call the doctor??? I’m on my 6th baby and I’ve never had this Problem :( I’m a little worried
