My son obtained a diaper rash yesterday. I think it's because yesterday he had some diarrhea according to what my SO said while I was at work. He put A&D ointment on it while I was gone but when I got home and changed him he said it looked worse. I've been using my breastmilk and expressing it onto the effected area between diaper changes. But he cries when I touch the area so I have been trying to avoid the ointment and I've been letting him run around without a diaper on for 10 minutes to let the milk air dry onto him. Any other ideas or suggestions? This is the first time I've dealt with a diaper rash.
